Employer Process

  2. 02 · Sourcing. National across 6 metros — Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Santa Marta.
  3. 03 · English & reference verification. Live conversation, recorded for your review. Two references called.
  4. 04 · Shortlist. 3–5 candidate cards: profile, English score, salary, availability, notes.
  5. 05 · Interviews you run. We coordinate scheduling, you decide the format.
  6. 06 · Offer. We help structure the offer in COP or USD with Colombian benchmarks.
  7. 07 · Contract. Colombian employment contract drafted in-house by a licensed attorney.
  8. 08 · Payroll & year one. We run payroll, social security, severance accruals. 90-day replacement guarantee.

  2. 02 · Short intake. A few questions about what you do, what you want, what you're paid now.
  3. 03 · English check. A 30-second voice note in English (only if the role needs it).
  4. 04 · Profile built & approved. We draft a profile card. Nothing goes to employers until you say yes.
  5. 05 · Matches. When a fit lands, we ping you with the company, role, and salary.
  6. 06 · Interview prep. We coach you on the company, the panel, common questions.
  7. 07 · Offer & negotiation. We help you negotiate against real Colombian benchmarks.
  8. 08 · Day one. Real Colombian contract, social security, payroll, and we stay close for year one.
