That is the market. We are not in it yet. Everything we know about hiring in Colombia comes from staffing our own venues and companies, and that is the only hiring we do today. The tools and the numbers on this page are free to use regardless.
Where That Leaves You Today
If you need to hire in Colombia this quarter, you need an authorised agency, a Colombian entity of your own, or an established employer-of-record provider. We are none of those today and we are not going to pretend otherwise to keep you on the page.
What we can give you now: the cost-of-employment numbers, an honest read on salary bands, and a note when we are authorised.
What we do not offer

We do not act as employer of record, we do not run payroll for other companies, and we do not provide legal or accounting services. Those need their own professionals and, for recruiting, their own authorisation. When we can offer any of it, this page will say so plainly.
What Happens Next

Registering interest costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will not invoice you, quote you a placement fee, or send you candidates. If and when Maia Recruitment is authorised to recruit for third-party employers, we will contact everyone on this list first and the commercial terms will be set out in writing before anything begins.
