Maia Recruitment exists because the way Colombian talent gets hired is broken. Job boards bury you under 800 applications. Recruiters disappear after the first call. Foreign employers wire money through unclear EOR setups and the candidate never sees a real contract.

We fix that with three rules: (1) Candidates never pay us, ever. (2) Every contract we sign is a real Colombian contract drafted by a real Colombian lawyer. (3) If we say we'll follow up, we follow up — by Friday.
