Why a separate site for recruitment?
Hiring is a different conversation from "what does your business do?" When someone is looking for work, they don't want a corporate brochure with seventeen brands on it. They want to see the job, the pay, the hours, and who they'd be working for.
So we split it out. Maia Management Group S.A.S. is the parent legal entity and the group view. Maia Recruitment is this site — the door to the jobs opening across the group's own businesses, and to the talent pool we keep. Same NIT, same people, one focus.

Sourcing runs nationally across Colombia's six metros through the same WhatsApp intake you'll use — a small team in Santa Marta, not a call center.
