Why a separate site for recruitment?
Hiring is a different conversation from "what does your business do?" When a US founder is searching for "hire a customer success manager in Colombia," they don't want a corporate brochure — they want a hire. When a Colombian engineer is searching for "real remote work in English," they don't want a multi-vertical conglomerate page. They want a job.
So we split. Maia Management is the parent — the legal entity, the group view, the EOR layer. Maia Marketing is the growth-systems arm. Maia Recruitment is this site — focused on one job: pairing talent with employers. Same NIT. Same contracts. Same accountability.

Luz Estela Petro Guerra Gallie runs operations from Santa Marta — pipelines, client relationships, compliance, quality. Andrew Gallie handles international client partnerships and group strategy across the Maia Group. The recruitment team — Valentina Herrera, Daniela Morales, Santiago Ruiz, Carlos Mejía, Andrea Vega, and Julián Ospina — splits sourcing by sector across Colombia's six metros.
Every placement is wrapped in compliance work by Roiser Fernández Barrientos (licensed Colombian attorney) and Emanuel Bravo Salas (certified public accountant). Both are internal — not outsourced.
